Technical Relationship Manager (TRM) – DACH Region
Based – Munich, Germany or Homeoffice in DACH Region
Hours of Work – Full Time
Are you a Technical Relationship Manager or have experience as SE or Consultant with experience in managing accounts direct? If so, this is the ideal role for you to progress your skills!
AppSense is one of the leading independent software developers in the North West of UK, with a global reach including US, Australia and Germany. We are leading the way in the hot area of desktop virtualization, with close partnerships including Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, IBM, HP and others. We are looking for someone to join our Technical Consultant Team in Germany.
The TRM is responsible for:
- Technical support for mayor accounts in cooperation with the Territory PreSales and the AppSense Certified Solution Partner (CSP)
- Architecture work for the AppSense Products in the customer environment
- Consulting work in cooperation with the CSP
- Post Sales (Technical Updates for mayor accounts, Technical contact for mayor accounts) in cooperation with AppSense Support Desk and CSP
- Primary contact for the customer, account list will be review every 3 month
- Help escalate cases to support
Requirements:
- Travelling thru the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Czech) territory – 4 day per week
- Strong technical knowledge about the Microsoft Infrastructure, Terminal Services (incl. Citrix)
- Technical knowledge about Citrix XenDesktop and VMWare View
- Recommended: MCSE or MCTS , CCEA
- Basic presentation skills
- Good understanding of enterprise customer, experience in managing account directly
- German and English speaker
